At a time when other agents tried to convince us to list our house for less than its worth due to a slow market, Mandi did her homework and presented us with sound reasons as to why she felt we could list it for not just it's worth, but a good bit more, despite what everyone else said. I would be more likely to chalk this up to luck if over the ten years I owned it I hadn't tried to sell it two other times, for less money, under better market conditions, doing different improvements recommended by other agents, and had it sit there both times without a bite for the duration of the contract.
